We are looking for creating the best team with managers who will have excellent people skills. As Site Manager, you will focus on the overall management of the venue, including maintenance, staff coordination, events, customers,… Do you want to be part of that adventure?

Tasks

  • You oversee day-to-day operations
  • You detect and fulfill customers’ needs
  • You follow and optimize the expenses
  • You hire and guide your talented team members and ensure their growth
  • You make sure that all procedures are followed by the entire team
  • You coordinate the monthly HR closing in collaboration with our social security service.
  • You develop goals and objectives in collaboration with the General manager and Owner
  • Maintain relationships with third parties (partners/suppliers/legal authorities)
  • Represent the company in events, conferences etc.

Requirements

  • You have a master’s degree
  • You are customer oriented with a touch of analytic mind
  • You know the business process and functions (customer journey, HR, operations, procurements etc.) or are ready to learn a topic you are not familiar with.
  • You have an excellent communication skills and think in a solution-oriented way
  • You can take decisions and you have a certain level of stress resistance
  • You are a positive minded person and want to share that vision
  • You are flexible
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch. French being a plus.

B2B & Events Manager (H/F/X)

We are looking for creating the best team with managers who will have excellent people skills. As B2B & Events Manager, you will focus on the overall management of the B2B events and our internal ones, you will work in close collaboration with the Site Manager. Do you want to be part of that adventure?

Tasks

  • You are responsible for sending the quotations to companies
  • You follow and answer to any requirements from our B2B guests
  • You organize and make sure that everything is well prepared
  • You coordinate all the (booking, deposit, communication with involved third parties, coordinate process during the D-Day)
  • Your work closely with the Site Manager and the involved departments

Requirements

  • More than a diploma we are looking for the right person!
  • You have a previous experience in event role (but not mandatory)
  • You have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of guests.
  • You have a strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • You have a proficient with the MS Office Suite and ideally familiar with booking or point-of-sale software.
  • You are able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • You are a positive minded person
  • You are flexible
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch. French being a plus.

As Guest Service & Retail Manager, you will focus on the overall management of the B2B events and our internal ones, you will work in close collaboration with the Site Manager.

Tasks

  • You guide your talented team members and ensure their growth
  • You provide information about the facility’s activities, services, and promotions to guests.
  • You operate the reservation system, POS (point of sale), and other software tools.
  • You collect guest feedback through comments, or direct interactions & identify areas for improvement
  • You ensuring the store runs efficiently and make sure products are correctly displayed
  • You assist customers in their shopping experience.
  • You manage stock levels (incl. inventory) and place orders to our different suppliers
  • Your work closely with the Site Manager and the involved departments

Requirements

Technical Maintenance (H/F/X)

Experience Factory will be the new place for fun & adrenaline enthusiasts in Antwerp!

As Technical Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation, upkeep, and safety of all equipment, arcades and facilities within the leisure center, you will work in close collaboration with the Activity Manager.

Do you want to be part of that adventure? 

Tasks

  • You perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of equipment, including karting vehicles, arcade machines, dartboards, karaoke systems, billiards tables, and other recreational equipment
  • You troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • You conduct regular checks and perform basic repairs on building infrastructure, such as plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and lighting
  • You provide technical support during special events or high-demand periods.
  • You assist in the setup and dismantling of equipment for events or activities.

Requirements

  • More than a diploma we are looking for the right person!
  • You have a previous experience in technical maintenance, preferably in a leisure, hospitality, or entertainment environment.
  • You have a strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and general facility maintenance.
  • You have the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment.
  • You have strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You have a basic understanding of IT systems and networking for supporting tech-based activities.
