These general terms and conditions apply to any offer between the company EXPERIENCE FACTORY ANTWERP SRL, registered in the company database under the number BE 0546.811.269, with its registered office located at 4700 EUPEN, Industriestraße 37, and its clients.
The prices listed on the website at the time of the order are applicable. The indicated prices are final prices, including value-added tax. Delivery is made digitally.
When placing an order, customers are invited to enter their personal data. When providing personal data, customers are required to provide truthful and complete information.
Email addresses or other data, for example in the context of an inquiry or when using the contact form, are not passed on to third parties. When an email is received, it always relates to a contact or results from an inquiry.
Orders are placed exclusively using the online platform provided for this purpose.
After completing the ordering process and reviewing the details again, the customer submits a legally binding offer to conclude a contract by triggering the “Buy Now” button.
The customer is then automatically redirected to the secure payment platform provided by the banking institution.
EXPERIENCE FACTORY ANTWERP SRL accepts payments by VISA and MASTERCARD. If you choose to pay by credit card, the amount will be debited immediately after your payment is confirmed.
The purchase contract is concluded when EXPERIENCE FACTORY ANTWERP SRL has received the money. The vouchers will then be sent to the customer by email.
When purchasing tickets and thus reserving seats for a karting session or a specific special event, no refund will be possible from Experience Factory Antwerp.
A ticket is only valid for the date and time indicated on the ticket. In all other cases, the ticket is not valid.
However, tickets are exchangeable if you contact us at least 24 hours before the date and time of your session/event.

When purchasing a gift voucher, if the customer is a consumer, they have a right of withdrawal which can be exercised within 14 days. You can cancel your order by sending an email to the following address: office@experience-factory.be.
The company EXPERIENCE FACTORY ANTWERP SRL is not responsible for the failures of third parties (order platform and payment platform), in particular for the absence or defective provision of services or other failures of these third parties.

If certain provisions of the contract, including these regulations, are or become invalid in whole or in part or if the contract contains an unforeseen gap, the validity of the other provisions or parts of these provisions is not affected. The invalid or missing provisions are replaced by the corresponding legal provisions.
The agreement is exclusively governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, the courts of the judicial district of ANWERP have jurisdiction.
