The following individuals are not permitted to drive go-karts:
A child may attend with friends or other family members without requiring a specific parental consent form. However, a responsible adult must have an account with us and sign a waiver confirming they have personally received the basic instructions.
Anyone visiting Experience Factory for the first time must attend a briefing session where a track marshal will provide all necessary information (either verbally or via video). A board displaying the basic rules is also available in the briefing room.
Regular visitors who are familiar with the procedures (e.g., Gold License holders) are not required to attend the safety briefing unless they are participating in a race.
To reach the pedals, a minimum height of 1.30m is required. A child between 1.20m and 1.30m may accompany an adult in a double kart.
There are no strict weight limits, and we provide three karts with wide seats for larger individuals. However, someone over 2m tall and/or weighing more than 125kg may not be comfortable.
Yes, the “karting guest” network is available free of charge. The password is “kartingeupen”.
Booking is not mandatory. However, availability is not guaranteed without a reservation. To avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend booking before your visit.
To have exclusive use of the track, a minimum booking for 20 people is required.
Bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, email, or our website.
On-site, payment options include cash, debit card, credit card (except American Express), sport & culture vouchers, and gift cards issued by Experience Factory.
Online, payments can be made using a debit card, credit card (except American Express), or Experience Factory gift cards.
We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes before your session begins, as administrative tasks (queuing, profile creation, payment, briefing, etc.) can take time. If you arrive less than 15 minutes before your session, we cannot guarantee your participation.
Pets are allowed but must be kept on a leash to avoid disturbing other guests.
As long as they are at least 1.30m tall, they can start karting with us. Two options are available:
Yes if your child is at least 1.20m tall.
Absolutely! Visit the “Groups” section for information and available packages.
We offer two courses for children learning to kart:
• Start2Race: Held once a month on a Wednesday, providing a more structured learning experience. Parents cannot participate.
Yes, we organize three camps annually: Carnival, Easter, and Summer. Full details are available in the “Sport” section.
They will need to create an account in our system and complete at least one Family session so we can assess their lap times. If they meet the required threshold, they will receive a Silver License, granting them access to Racing sessions.
Children under 15y or under 1.60m are not usually permitted in Racing sessions. However, a Silver License allows them to participate. To obtain it, they must complete at least one Family session and meet the required lap time.
Junior karts have less powerful engines but are lighter and more maneuverable, reaching similar speeds to adult karts. Once they meet the height requirement, they will have the necessary experience to transition to adult karts.
Absolutely! Visit the “Groups” section for more details.
A Gold License is awarded to drivers who achieve a set lap time. License holders can participate in “All-in” Mondays with similarly skilled drivers and enter Tuesday night races.
We do not offer group lessons, but private coaching sessions with an instructor are available to help improve lap times.
The following people are not allowed to throw an axe:
The complex has several showers (10 men’s, 1 PRM, and 2 women’s) and changing rooms. There are also lockers on the edge of the track where you can keep your valuables.
Helmets must be worn. The chin must be protected, so only full-face and motocross helmets are permitted.
GoPro cameras are of course permitted. Feel free to film, tag us, and share on the networks. We also have cameras available for hire to attach to helmets. Ask at reception for details.
We limit the number of participants to 32 karts during the Racing sessions. We lower this limit to 25 for Family sessions and 15 for Bambini sessions.
Our building was built 10 years ago and electric karts were not yet perfect. So we invested a lot in fans. And let’s face it, the internal combustion engine still has a special racing touch.
In Antwerp, at our second complex, we have electric karts. So the transition is underway.
It all depends on the composition of the tyres. The tyres we currently use last around 300 hours, so 2 to 3 months.
Small karts have 6hp, while adults have 9hp. The double kart, given its weight, has a 13hp engine.
All karts can go between 60 and 65 km/h (regardless of type).
Karting is a sport. However, on the adult karts we’ve installed an ‘easy drive’ system to make cornering easier. Children’s karts are lighter.
People generally do 2 sessions without any physical problems.
You pay to drive a session (14min or 18min). There’s nothing to stop you from stopping, but the clock is ticking and you’ll lose riding time. If you wish to stop, please return to the pits to do so.
Weight is obviously a disadvantage. Now, the differences are mainly in riding style. A 5kg difference is considered to represent 0.3sec, no more.
Even if the view is optimal from our bar, you can of course approach the track and pass the drivers next to you.
We don’t hold award ceremonies at the end of each session. We only do them during the ‘official’ races. However, the podium is accessible and you can go there and take photos. If you would like medals/cups, please ask at reception.
We do not operate a subscription system. On the contrary, we have a membership card which costs €27 per year and gives access to various discounts (karting, shop, bar, etc.). In addition, we regularly have various promotional offers during the week.
We’re an indoor activity that’s mainly done at weekends with the family. So during the holidays and in bad weather, for example, there will be a lot more people than on a weekday in June with lots of sunshine.
Only bottled water from outside is allowed. No other drinks may be brought in.
For food, birthday cakes can be taken. However, we ask you to contribute €1.5 per person to prepare the table, serve the food, and use the premises.
Yes, you can buy one or more in the ‘Plan your visit’ section.
We sell medals and cups at the reception to celebrate your victory.
